We can also keep the policyholder up to date with the claim's current status via email or by SMS text. Any replies given by the policyholder are added as notes to the claim file. Our use of technology enables us to quickly identify fraudulent third party claims. Through databases we can track claimants that have previously been involved in false claims with other insurers.
