Defense and indemnity for covered claims alleging:

Loss of or failure to protect Personally Identifiable Information , Protected Health Information or Confidential Business Information (includes drawings, designs, customer requirements, specifications, financial information, trade secrets, customer lists, and marketing plans)

Violation of any law, statute or regulation governing the protection of personally identifiable information or protected health information
 • Violation of a federal, state or local data breach reporting requirement
 •

Includes coverage for the wrongful acts of rogue employees who compromise protected information without the knowledge of the firm
 • Failure to prevent a cyber-security breach that results in:
   • the inability of an authorized user to gain access to the network
