Australia claims enquiries for Catlin companies
When you need to make a claim, we have a specialist claims handler ready to assist.
In order to allow our handlers to react quickly to your claim, it would be helpful if the following information and documentation could be provided with your submission:
- Our policy number (six or seven figure reference next to the Catlin stamp)
- Full details of the incident giving rise to the claim, any supporting documentation (medical report, forensic report, medical claim forms, medical and/or death certificate, adjuster report) for the accident and / or injury.
- Copies of original policy, schedule, wordings and endorsement
- If we decide to appoint an adjuster, the contact details of who, at the insured, the adjuster should speak to, to arrange their attendance (applicable only if Catlin is the lead underwriter)
