Steve joined XL Group in 2011 and is Senior Vice President for our professional lines practice. He started his insurance career as a professional lines broker with Marsh. Later, he spent 10 years with ACE and then joined Ariel Re in 2006 to start and manage its professional lines business. He has specialized in directors and officers liability for more than 21 years and has additional experience underwriting lawyers errors and omissions, miscellaneous errors and omissions and employment practice liability coverage.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance and marketing from St. Mary’s University in Nova Scotia.
