Karen is our Vice President and Head of Construction Claims Operations for North America Insurance. She has specialized in construction and construction defect claims for over 20 years and has held various managerial and executive roles in the industry, including positions at OneBeacon, ACE and Cigna. She has sat on the DRI Construction Law Steering Committee for the past six years and has held various industry positions, including President of the Construction Defect Claim Manager Association, Chair of the Speakers and Topics Committee for West Coast Casualty’s Construction Defect Seminar and Co-Chair of the Construction Committee of the Council on Litigation Management.
Karen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of LaVerne and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a frequent speaker and contributor to various industry trade publications and conferences.
