Jeff leads our short-term trade receivable insurance business line. He has experience in addressing single risk, key account and whole turnover programs for risks in both developed and emerging markets and with “ground-up” as well as excess of loss approaches.

Jeff is Head of Short-term Trade Receivable Insurance, a business line he established when he joined the Company in 2013. He has more than 25 years of diverse experience both in the public and private sectors. Before joining XL Catlin, he served as acting senior vice president and head of export finance and as head of trade finance at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, as a principal at management consultancy DFI International and as a research associate at the Center for Strategic International Studies.

Jeff is a graduate of the United States Military Academy. He holds a Master of Arts degree in national security studies from Georgetown University and a Master of Science degree in finance from George Washington University. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute.
